this is a comic i came up with the idea for quite a while ago. if i can be bothered drawing the rest it should build into a lengthy saga...it will be grand!

there's no reason why i chose to write about brand new, they were just the first band i thought of that really fit the description...not that they were to emo to begin with. if you haven't heard of brand new you should definately check them out because they're pretty good. their first album (your favorite weapon) was a pop-punk album and then a few years later they released a second (deja entendu) which is really more of an emo/post-hardcore type thing. last year they released a third (the devil and god are raging inside me) which is an alt. rock/indie album, it's all over the place and it's fucking insane but it's totally awesome. check out the song "jesus christ" because it's quite the ballad!
