sorry that this comic isn't too great, they can't all be gems...and the rest of the story doesn't make much sense without it. whatever, there is much to rant about:
first of all, wednesday was my mum's birthday and she decided that she wanted to go to lygon street for dinner...the thing about lygon street is that outside every restaurant there are people who stop you when you walk past to try and convince you that their restaurant is the best. some of them get pretty agressive. one was so aggressive that they picked up a huge blackboard with a kids menu written on it and put it in the middle of the footpath so we couldn't get past...he then proceeded to yell "KIDS MENU! KIDS MENU!" it was an odd night.
i went to see antiskeptic last night (last night being friday the sixth). i wasn't such a huge fan of them before but when i saw them i was like "FUCK!" they were pretty awesome...i am converted. they had the sundace kids as support and they totally sucked...they tried to get everyone to sing along with them and when no one did that were all "why not?" ...maybe it's because you're shit!
ARMAGEDDON SKY! oh my god, armageddon sky were so AWESOME! they were the band i went there to see. they were the first band on and they rocked so hard. the only problem was that they only played about five song...nowhere near enough! when they started to play "take my hand" i got really excited and holly was all "are you going to be okay?" they rule, so if you ever get the chance to see them DO IT!
