i realize this is a little late but what's an emo kid celebration with sea monkeys, right? ...it would have been finished sooner but i accidentally left it in my locker at school over the weekend and yeah, didn't get it til today.
...and because there was one person (who shall remain nameless) that seemed unable to work out what was going on in this comic *cough*idiot*cough* i will now explain it scene by scene:
1. claire wishes emo kid a happy birthday and says she has a present for him. emo kid is excited, he thanks her BUT then he is suddenly shocked
2. upon seeing the present he covers his face in horror because it is something he has had traumatic experiences with
3. we find out that the present was a bowl of sea monkeys which, due to a running joke in this comic, emo kid is disturbed by. claire doesn't understand.
